【求助】谁能提供一些30mm板厚的焊接热循环曲线

我准备对30mm板厚的ASTM4130钢做焊接热模拟试验。通过理论计算的高温停留时间和t8/5不能确切反映实际焊接热循环曲线，特别是较低峰值温度下这两个参数无法计算，所以不能通过理论计算得出热循环曲线。 就想问问谁能提供一些30mm板厚的实际焊接热循环曲线，我要做的参数是焊接线能量E=12、20、28KJ/cm，峰值温度Tm=1350、1200、950、800、700℃。 我知道大家不太可能有完全一样试验参数的焊接热循环曲线，所以只要近似就行。比如说，试验材料材质可以不同，E值靠近就行，Tm值想差不大。 谢谢了，一点金币略表心意。 我的邮箱297122973@qq.com [ Last edited by yanghao381 on 2009-4-14 at 09:55 ] |

There are some welding modelling work you can use to calculate the welding thermal profile, such as Rykalin, Rosenthal, Hannerz, I found that Rykalin model is very good, the calculated results are extremly close to measured data. Enclosed are my calculations (Rykalin 3D program) for Tp1350C with three different heat inputs 12kJ/cm, 20kJ/cm and 28kJ/cm, you will need excel to plot them. |

can you let me know the pre-heat temperature? How about the arc efficiency (dependent on welding method)? I should be able to give you some answer. By the way, you do not use t800/500 to simulate Tp=800C and Tp=700C. Sorry, I cannot type Chinese with my computer at the moment, I will install it ASAP. |
