[交流] 如何理解审稿人意见已有4人参与

RT，论文送审回来，问问各位，要如何理解审稿人意思呢？
审稿意见如下：
- Lines 36-40 – In this part of introduction section authors presented short literature review on fuzzy based preference relations. Authors used relevant literature but authors should remove all the lumped references. This is not the practice of Algorithm journal and other relevant scientific journals. This is to prevent inappropriate citation and to provide more information to the authors. If necessary, please provide a short description for each of the reference use.
- Line 40 - Please do not finish the paragraphs with references, for example: "…IVIFPR has been widely adopted and utilized in solving different GDM problems [22, 23, 25, 29-36].
- Line 62-85 - Again, multiple references are of no use for a reader and can substitute even a kind of plagiarism, as sometimes authors are using them without proper studies of all references used. In the case, each reference should be justified by it is used and at least short assessments provided.

第36-40行在导论部分，作者对基于模糊偏好关系的文献综述做了简要介绍。作者使用了相关文献，但作者应该删除所有集中的参考文献。这不是算法期刊和其他相关科学期刊的实践。这是为了防止不恰当的引用，并为作者提供更多的信息。如有需要，请提供每个参考用途的简短说明。
-第40行-请不要用参考文献结束段落，例如:“…IVIFPR已被广泛采用并用于解决不同的GDM问题[22,23,25,29-36]。
-第62-85行-同样，多篇参考文献对读者没有用处，甚至可以替代一种剽窃，因为有时作者在没有对所有参考文献进行适当研究的情况下使用它们。在这种情况下，每一个参考都应该被证明是正确的，因为它被使用并且至少提供了简短的评估。
