被拒稿了，论文一文不值，该怎么办？ 已有13人参与

Neurocomputing receives an extremely large number of papers on various areas in neural networks and learning systems; as a result, the threshold for acceptance is high and we have to prescreen all submissions to determine it's fitting to Neurocomputing. The associate editor handling the review suggests submitting it to a more specialized journal. This suggestion has been echoed by the fact that there are very few recent Neurocomputing papers in the references. Editor's comments: Review comments: The manuscript has the following critical limitations: 1) Lack of significant contributions: the technical contributions are incremental (modifications are incremental and not significant), the proposed methodology has limited novelty, and the overall impact is not significant enough; 2) Weak experiments: experiments are not convincing enough; empirical results are not promising, improvements are marginal or worse than the baselines; comparisons should include more recent state-of-the-art approaches). 3) Clarity and Presentation: the paper is not well presented, and there are quite some English writing errors/typos. Overall, the quality of the submission is below the acceptance bar. |
