[交流] as a teacher in a vocational high school

I am an English teacher in a vocational high school. There are many students who don't have chances into regular school. But their parents or
theirselves want a place to accept them. In class, they stuents like playing cell phones. Most of students use them to read novels , play games and
chat. As a teacher of vacational high school, I tried my best to let them know how dangerou it would be to have no culture in the future. But just
sevral students understood how important it is! If you were me, what would you do ?

i also like teaching, but the precondition is that i only teach those who want to teach, and I am always trying to make it easier and more interesting for them to learn.
