加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学高分子多糖化学免疫组织化学博后， 要求具有高分子化学，多糖化学，有机合成背景。有一定的免疫组织化学基础。 有相关背景的同学请发简历至 feng.jiang@ubc.ca， The primary responsibility for this position is to synthesize biobased polymer (polysaccharides, nanocellulose) conjugates used for signal amplification in immunohistochemistry. The candidate is expected to design bioconjugates using varied chemical reaction strategies, and should demonstrate strong interests in interdisciplinary research. Strong organic chemistry background is prioritized and knowledge in biochemistry and protein conjugates is a plus. The desired candidate should: • Hold a Ph.D. degree in polymer chemistry, polysaccharide chemistry, organic chemistry, or related discipline; • Demonstrate strong experience in modification of macromolecules using click chemistry or varied grafting polymerization reactions; • Have hand on experience in polymer synthesis and modification, and characterization using NMR, GPC, GC-MS, FTIR, SEM, TEM, and thermal analysis; • Possess relevant experience in biochemistry, immunohistochemistry, nanoparticles, biosensing, protein conjugation, etc.; |
