angew二审

投angew两个审稿人，一个审稿人给Very important (top 5%)+the publication is highly recommended。但是问题是另一个审稿人Highly important (top 20%)，而且审稿意见上没有说接受也没说拒，让补实验。副主编意见是Our impression is that the above-mentioned manuscript might indeed become suitable for publication in Angewandte Chemie. However, the criticism from the referees requires that we defer our final decision until you have considered the remarks and revised your manuscript accordingly. 文章修回去二审16天了还没消息，师姐说这周没消息很可能就是编辑找第三人仲裁了，二审这么长时间内心非常忐忑。请问吧友有angew二审被仲裁的吗？ |
