| control charting - control charting should be done with the 440 ppm EG/DEG standard, prepare above.If the standard falls out of control,prepare a new standard at this level and reanalyze.If the new standard is still out of control,replace the liner and rerun the standard .If this also out of control, recalibrate over the entire range.If the new standard with the new liner is in control,reanalyze the 220 ppm standard and the 700ppm standard.If their values are within 15% of the original calibration values,recalibration is not necessary.Otherwise ,recalibrate over the entire range. |

| 控制图表-控制图表利用（上述制备的）440ppm乙二醇/二甘醇的标准制作。如果该标准超出控制，在这一水平(440ppm)配制新的标准液,并重新分析。如果新的标准仍然是超出控制，将更换线型,返回标准。如果这(指标准)也超出控制，整个范围重新校验。如果新的标准与新线型(更换后的线型)在控制范围内， 用220ppm标准和700ppm标准再分析。如果他们的数值都在原始偏差值15 ％内，就没必要再校验。否则，在整个范围再次校验。 |
