审稿人给了一个关于荧光检测的意见，实验室不做这个方面，问了几个老师都不知道，看了一些相关文献，还是没能解决有关quenching 的这个问题怎么回答 审稿人给的完整意见如下 Fluorescence assays: Proper controls to eliminate background signal in the DCFDA assay are not described or shown. For indication of mitochondrial membrane potential, both plasma membrane potential and mitochondrial membrane potential will influence concentration and therefore the measured signal. This is not addressed or controlled for. In addition, whether the concentration used induces fluorescence quenching in the samples is not addressed.
