有投过FASEB Journal的前辈吗？你们的decision 邮件是怎么样的？

一月前投过一篇，编辑回复如下：这杂志略有不同，不明确写reject还是revision。请问诸位你们大修/小修的回信也是这样的吗？还是说这是拒稿让重投? I regret to inform you that the above-referenced manuscript is not acceptable in its current form for publication in The FASEB Journal based on an editorial assessment and reviewer comments. The reviewer comments are at the end of this letter. The editors, however, find the work to be of interest and would encourage the authors to resubmit the manuscript if they can resolve satisfactorily the concerns raised by the reviewers. The resubmitted manuscript may be sent out for additional peer review to either the same reviewers or entirely new reviewers, and eventual publication cannot be guaranteed. If you choose to resubmit the manuscript, please include an itemized list of all changes made. If they think they can prevail, authors may also submit a rebuttal in response to reviewer suggestions. Resubmitted manuscript text and table files should be in a MS Word format (DOC or DOCX). Figure files should be TIF, EPS, PowerPoint or PDF.
