LOD如何求得置信区间啊，还有就是lod真的需要一项做二十个样本吗？？

第一次投稿终于有了回复， LOD怎么求算confidence呢？真的要一个lod再补做二十个样本吗 Another column with the method LOD should be added. For screening methods the confidence of detection of an analyte at a certain concentration level should be established. A basic validation should involve analysis of at least 20 samples spiked at the estimated screening detection limit. |
