Abstract

In this article£¬first we compared the catalytic properties of the prepared Pt / C, Pt-Co / C catalyst dealed with carrier of activated carbon before and after. And then study the electro-catalytic properties of the Pt-Co/C catalyst prepared by intermittent microwave heating system in the different reactions conditions and different intermittent heating time.we researched the electro-catalytic properties of the Pt-Co/C catalyst as the anode and cathode catalysts, and compared it with the commercial Pt / C catalyst of E-TEX company. At the same time, we studied  the electrocatalysts properties for oxygen reduction of Pt-Co / C catalyst prepared by in NaBH4 (isopropanol + water) liquid phase.

This article initially studied the activated carbon carriers, then studied the influence on the catalytic properties of catalysts prepared by the activated carbon dealed with the mixture of sulfuric acid and nitric acid before and after. we found a marked catalytic activity increase after  dealed with the activated carbon, whether it is the cathode catalyst or anode catalyst. We studied the intermittent microwave heating system detailedly at different conditions:the electro-catalytic properties of the Pt-Co/C catalytic prepared in water, isopropyl alcohol, ethylene glycol; the electro-catalytic properties of the Pt-Co/C catalytic prepared in different intermittent heating time.

We studied the electrocatalytic oxidization properties of the prepared Pt-Co/C catalytic for methanol, ethanol, formic acid by the use of cyclic voltammetry (CV),and the electrocatalytic reduction properties of the prepared Pt-Co/C catalytic for Oxygen by the use of linear scan (LSV).
we found the electrocatalytic properties of the prepared Pt-Co/C catalytic prepared in ethanol liquid phase was best,but the effect of anodic oxidation and the cathodic reduction of the Pt-Co/C catalytic prepared at the same intermittent heating time was different.

And we Studied the Oxygen reduction properties of the Pt-Co/C catalytic prepared in NaBH4 (isopropanol + water) liquid phase at the same time: in the presence of methanol or not, compared the Oxygen reduction properties of the Pt-Co/C catalytic with different ratio of Pt-Co,we found the Oxygen reduction properties of the Pt-Co/C catalytic was best when the ratio of Pt-Co was 3:1; compared the Oxygen reduction properties of the Pt-Co/C catalytic prepared at different intermittent heating time, we found the Oxygen reduction properties of the Pt-Co/C catalytic was best when prepared in a water bath at 80¡æ; the relationship between limiting current density and rotating disk electrode rotation was: the limits of current density increases as the rotating disk electrode rotation increases.

Finally we compared the Oxygen reduction properties of the Pt-Co/C catalytic prepared in NaBH4 (isopropanol + water) liquid phase or prepared by intermittent microwave heating system with the commercial Pt / C catalyst of E-TEX company, we found that the Oxygen reduction properties of the Pt-Co/C catalytic prepared in NaBH4 (isopropyl alcohol + water) liquid phase was best,and with the best anti-methanol capacity.
