导师回复要research plan，算积极的不？大概写什么类型的呢？ 已有1人参与

如题。陶瓷联系上一个美国外导，这样回复我： I think your experience in the field is a big plus. However, a lot of the work in our lab is mouse-based, and I don’t know how much experience you have with this area. Of course, we are starting to take a more translational track to some of our projects and this might be something that you are interested in. Would you be able to provide a short (1/2 page) summary of what you might like to accomplish in my lab? This gives me a chance to see if your interests align with our own. 意思是让我以他的研究方向写一个research plan？第一次申请，这意思是不要太长，其实就是抓住他的研究重点就可以了？ 然后还有请教大家，导师是一个department的director，但是associate professor, 查了一下近几年文章，大多是5-10分，自己是通讯作者，十分以上的都是和别人合作的，不是通讯或者第一作者，实验室里5个人 这样的外导博后值得去嘛 @kiruwa 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
