近年来,稀土三基色发光材料已经广泛应用在彩电、显像管、照明、医学、军事等领域。其中,蓝色和绿色稀土发光材料的研究和制备工艺已趋成熟,并已实现工业化生产。但是,红色稀土发光材料的研究却进展较慢,这主要由于部分红色稀土发光材料的稳定性不好、强度低、价格高等缺点造成的。因此,随着市场需求的不断增长,寻找和合成一种具有化学稳定性好、发光强度高、廉价的红色荧光材料已成为当前人们的主要研究方向之一。针对这一方向,人们不仅开发了不同体系的基质,还对传统的制备方法进行了改进或替换。而CaCO3或CaO不仅是一种低廉的无机材料,应用于塑料、造纸、涂料和建筑等领域,而且可以很好的吸收紫外光,可以应用于照明领域。因此,制备以CaCO3或CaO作为基质的红色荧光材料有着很大的应用空间。
实验采用高温固相法、共沉淀法、燃烧法、水热法和微波法等制备方法制备CaCO3或CaO基红色稀土发光材料,并借助于XRD、SEM、FT-IR、Raman、激光粒度仪、UV-Vis和PL-PLE等手段研究了不同制备方法下、不同基质或晶型和不同掺杂离子及浓度等对产品性能的影响。结果表明:
In the recent years, red rare-earth trichromatic luminescence materials have been applied in the field such as colorcast, picture tube, lighting, medical science and military affairs extensively. Among these phosphors, the study and preparation craft of both blue and green rare-earth luminescence materials nearly grow up and their commercial produce have been come true. However, the research of red rare-earth luminescence materials get along slowly due to their bad chemical stability, low intensity and high cost. So, according to the increasing of market demand, searching a new kind of red fluorescence materials with good chemical stability, high intensity and low cost have been one of the major research directions for scholars. Specific to the state, pepole have done a lot of work on both developing new matrix and improving or replacing the traditional preparation method. CaCO3 or CaO are not only a kind of cheap inorganic materials applied in the areas of plastics, paper making, paint and building extensively but also can absorb ultraviolet light expeditously. So, red phosphor materials synthesised using CaCO3 or CaO as matrix have temendous application of space.
In this study, red rare-earth phosphor CaCO3(CaO):Eu3+ was synthesized by  high solid-state method, co-precipitation method, combustion method, hydrothemal method and microwave method, respectively. XRD, SEM, FT-IR, Raman, laser particle size analyzer, UV-Vis and PL-PLE had been used to disscusing the influnce of synthesizing method, matix or crystal form and different doping ions with different content on properties of the obtained products. The results shows that:

So, according to the increasingly expansion of the market, a new kind of red fluorescence materials with good chemical stability, high intensity and low cost is one of the research priorities. Specific to the state,a lot of work on both developing new matrix and improving or replacing the traditional preparation method has been done.CaCO3 or CaO are not only a kind of cheap inorganic materials applied in the areas of plastics, paper making, paint and building but also can absorb ultraviolet light.We believe that there is large room for the application of red phosphor materials synthesised using CaCO3 or CaO as matrix
