(1) A Post-Doc or Research Assistant Professor position jointly supported by HKUST and SUSTech.
(2) Working on wide bandgap semiconductor materials and devices.
(3) The person should be familiar with solid state physics and physical vapor deposition.
(4) Successful candidate will have a position in HKUST, and will spend most of his time in SUSTech.
