中药是我国传统医学的瑰宝，与抗菌药物合用用于临床现象非常普遍。由于中药成分复杂，与抗菌药物合用，可能发生的相互作用往往也难以预测，可能提高疗效、或降低疗效、或导致药品不良反应等。因此，临床合用时，应充分研究合并用药情况，权衡利弊，制定合理的给药方案，为临床用药的合理性、有效性、安全性提供参考，最大限度发挥中药及其制剂与抗菌药物各自在临床治疗中的作用。本文对中药及其制剂与抗菌药物的相互作用的现状做一整理分析，以期为中药及其制剂与抗菌药物的合用在临床的应用和研究提供借鉴。 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |

| Traditional Chinese medicine, known as the embodiment of ancient Chinese ingenuity, is usually combined with antibiotics for clinical treatment. However, this integrative strategy may lead to unexpected adverse events, such as unsteady efficacy, more side effects, and adverse drug reactions. Thus, we should weigh the pros and cons based on adequate verification of combined drug intake to design a reliable dosing regimen, which will provide us a rational, efficient and safe basis for drug application. Here, we reviewed and analyzed the interactions between Chinese herbal ingredients and antimicrobial substance to date in the hope of enhancing the clinical basis of the combined treatment. |

好像漏掉了一句由于中药成分复杂，可以在第二句后面加上 due to the complex network of herbal components. 其实我觉得不加也不影响，就是把因果逻辑变成了陈述句。比如这样： Traditional Chinese medicine, known as the embodiment of ancient Chinese ingenuity, is usually combined with antibiotics for clinical treatment. However, this integrative strategy may lead to unexpected adverse events--unsteady efficacy, more side effects, and adverse drug reactions, due to the complex network of herbal components.Thus, we should weigh the pros and cons based on adequate verification of combined drug intake to design a reliable dosing regimen, which will provide us a rational, efficient and safe basis for drug application.
