Recent Delightful Moments

1. Yesterday, I was caught in a HEAVY rain when riding back home from school. Embarrassed as I was, especially when I entered the apartment building with other student residents who had properly and far-sightedly dressed themselves in secure raincoats, I got an unexpected slice of excitement. For me, it has been a long time since I was caught in a heavy (and clean) rain! Last time might be 8 years ago, when I was in high school, struggling with the College Entrance Exam. The time before last time might be a decade ago, when I was still a kid, not tall enough but still wrestled with my ramshackle umbrella against the downpour... Funny flashbacks. Just look at these clouds  Heel mooi ! 2. Raincoat is one of the first things I bought after coming to the Netherlands, a place "notorious" for its moody weather. A few minutes ago, you just passionately chant the shining golden sun, as well as the snowy thick clouds surrounding it, against the pure blue sky. Then next moment witnesses how you poor are blown by wind on the face and caught in a sudden rain. I've bought a raincoat after coming here, but somehow regard that too childish. Till now, I haven't tested the "waterproof-ability" of my raincoat yet. But after yesterday's experience, I come to realize how water-proof my eyeliners are. LoL...  Delicate PIG girl 3. I've got a new Kindle! (Okay, I grabbed it   ) Downloaded some books and really enjoyed the reading moments. The book I'm recently reading is "You Must Be Very Intelligent", a "bitter-funny" book written by a PhD graduate from the University of Edinburgh. I would share some entertaining episodes after finishing up the book. you must be very intelligent 4. I've been doing physical exercises for a week (not consecutively though), a little bit different from previous ones. Honestly, I'm expecting some physical changes. 5. Delicious food is a must to mention when saying "delightful moments"   EAT 1  EAT 2  EAT 3  EAT 4 6. Some digestion on this summer vocation in Spain, for sure, uplifts me.
