[求助] corrosion science编辑这是啥意思？

今早收到编辑初审意见，如下：

五篇我之前发表的论文...

If you decide to resubmit your work to Corrosion Science, the editorial team will execute another detailed desk review before considering to send out the manuscript for peer review.To submit your revised manuscript...

我理解的意思就是论文的重复率没过，和之前自己发表的有重复。目前打算找润色公司去润色一遍，避免一些文字的重复（编辑的意思又要求不要大改内容），然后再查重复率（目前外文重复率可以怎么查？），请问这样做靠谱不？大家也都知道这个期刊编辑很严格，很担心花时间去改，结果还是一场空（编辑给了60天修改时间）

求助各位老司机！
1.通过润色去降低重复率靠谱不？
2.编辑指出的重复文章都是我之前发表的文章，应该是语言表达上，花时间去降低重复率，有必要不？
3.编辑给了60天时间，又不让大改动内容，那我如果润色的话，估计就一周时间，太早返回会不会显得仓促？
4.编辑最后说“If you decide to resubmit your work to Corrosion Science, the editorial team will execute another detailed desk review before considering to send out the manuscript for peer review.” 这个another detailed desk reviwe是啥意思？

麻烦大家了，又一次投稿这个期刊，期望大，也怕失望大。
