（帮别人转发一则信息） Sample Text Three PhD scholarships are immediately available in the Department of Infrastructure Engineering, The University of Melbourne. The candidates will work on the following topics: (1) high strength concrete-filled steel tubular structures; (2) high strength steel-concrete composite sandwich panels; and (3) structural reliability of steel-concrete composite frames. Sample Text This opportunity is open to both Australian and international students who (1) hold a Bachelor (first class honours) or Master degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with a GPA over 80/100; and (2) meet the English requirements (for internal applicants only) with overall IELTS 6.5 with no band below 6.0 or TOEFL 79. Candidates with experiences in one of the following areas will have advantages: nonlinear analysis of steel and steel-concrete composite structures experimental tests on steel and concrete structures FE simulation using commercial packages such as ABAQUS and LS-DYNA Sample Text There are three available positions, and each scholarship is valued at $30,000/annum for three years.
