|
摘要:从灌区可持续发展的内涵出发, 结合评价目标要求和相关的文献资料, 从社会性、资源性、经济性、技术性和生态环境性等5个方面,提出了灌区节水改造效益综合评价指标体系,建立了灌区改造综合评价的投影寻踪模型,利用人工鱼群算法优化其投影方向, 根据投影值对节水改造效益进行科学评价。将该方法应用于关中大型灌区节水改造项目效益评价中,结果表明,该技术避免了评判专家主观确定权重,评价结果客观准确、方法简单,为灌区改造综合评价提供了一条新的途径。 关键词: 灌区irrigation area 节水改造water saving reform; 投影寻踪projection pursuit; 人工鱼群算法particle swarm optimization; 综合评价comprehensive evaluation; |

| Abstract: Based on the connatation of sustainable development, the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of water saving reform in irragation area has been provided in five aspects, society, resources, economic, technology, and ecological environment. It combined goals evaluation and relative literature. It built the projection pursuit model to improve comprehensive evaluation, and used particle swarm optimization optimization and its project direction. Water saving reform benefit could be scientifically evaluated according to the project values. It showed that the technology avoided the subjective determination weight by experts and the results are objective and accuarate, if the method was used in the water saving reform projection benefit evaluation in Guangzhong large-scaled irragation area. The mothod was basic and provide a new way for comprehensive reform evaluation. |
