香港城市大学生物医学系黎月明博士课题组诚招研究助理/博士研究生 RECRUITMENT: Research Assistant/ Ph.D. Candidate opportunities in Biomedical Sciences in Dr. Minh LE’s lab at City University of Hong Kong 黎月明博士于新加坡-麻省理工学院联盟取得计算与系统生物学博士学位，其后于美国哈佛医学院波士顿儿童医院从事博士后研究工作，现为香港城市大学生物医学系（终身）助理教授（香港城市大学QS高校排行榜：国际排名第49名，亚洲排名第9名）。 我们的研究方向主要包括：A）细胞外囊泡（extracellular vesicles, EVs）介导肿瘤细胞与微环境细胞之间讯息交换以致耐药性形成和肿瘤转移的机制；B）基于细胞外囊泡的肿瘤治疗手段。黎博士课题组近期在《自然通讯》（Nature Communications）杂志上发表了其利用红细胞外囊泡高效递送RNA药物的研究成果（链接：https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-018-04791-8）。请浏览黎博士课题组网站https://lelabcityu.wordpress.com 了解详情。 黎博士课题组现诚招研究助理/博士研究生。拥有良好英语能力（雅思>6或 托福>78 或 大学英语六级>490），相关领域科研文章以及硕士学位之申请人将获准优先考虑。科研助理起薪15,000 港币/月，博士研究生奖学金16,500 港币/月。有意者请将简历以电子邮件形式传送予黎博士mle.bms@cityu.edu.hk。我们诚挚地希望尽快与您在城大见面！ Dr. Minh LE received her Ph.D. degree in Computational and Systems Biology from the Singapore-Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Alliance and later pursued postdoctoral research career at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School in the USA. She is now a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at City University of Hong Kong (QS ranking #49 in the world and #9 in Asia). Our research interests include A) determining how extracellular vesicles (EVs) mediate the interaction of tumor cells with microenvironmental cells to promote drug resistance and cancer metastasis; and B) developing EV-based therapies for cancer treatment. Our recent research on efficient RNA drug delivery using red blood cell extracellular vesicles has been published on Nature Communications (link: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-018-04791-8).
