中了一篇C类会议，老师不让去，发邮件给组委会，然后他们回我这样一份邮件， I am sorry tp hear all of these. The paper will not be presented if you are not coming. However if you have really paid the registration it will be included in the proceedings. 这是能被发表的意思吗？求大佬解答  |
