About ChinaGrid China Education and Research Grid Project - ChinaGrid,an important 211 project funded by Chinese Ministry of Education, aims at constructing public service system. It is also supported by the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program). The goal of ChinaGrid is to integrate heterogeneous mass resources distributed in the China Education and Research Network (CERNET), share those resources in the CERNET environment effectively and avoid the resource islands, provide useful services, finally form the public platform for research and education in China. To promote Our Country's grid construction and speed the development of grid application, the 4th ChinaGrid Annual Conference (ChinaGrid 2009) is to be held from August 21 to 22, 2009 in Yantai, Shandong, China . Yantai is one of the most beautiful seaside cities. ChinaGrid 2009 will be a stimulating forum for researchers and practitioners in related fields, where people get together to exchange ideas, experiences, and up-to-date grid technological advances as well as its application in Chinagrid Project. We invite the submission of papers related to various aspects of grid computing and its real-life applications. Important Dates * Deadline of paper submission: April, 7, 2009 * Notification of acceptance/rejection: April, 30, 2009 * Camera Ready and Registration Deadline: May, 20, 2009 Publication All submitted papers will be reviewed by program committee members and selected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE categorized conference proceedings. All papers accepted will be included in IEEE xplore and cited by EI.
