Compared with icotinib, the disappearance of the doublet of doublets in the 1H NMR spectrum demonstrated the hydroxylation at C4 or C6. From the HMBC spectrum of M1, the hydroxyl-ation at C4 was identified because the signal disappearance of H4 coupled with the C7 (δ 83.73 ppm). All chemical shifts were expressed in ppm relative to the internal standard . The data for COSY, HSQC and HMBC spectra were acquired with 1024 data points for F2 increments and 256 for F1 increments. The relaxation delays were 1.5, 2.0 and 2.0 s,respectively. The long-range coupling delay for HMBC was 62.5ms. 这两段话怎么翻译啊？可以翻译的专业一点么？ |
