第一次投稿，找了一个比较好的期刊，8天后收到了Special Reject， Thank you for submitting your manuscript, ......... Because the topic of the paper falls within the scope of the journal, I browsed through it with interest. Unfortunately, I find it inappropriate in its present form for the journal. The paper reports on .......... The subject has been explored by many researchers around the world and for many years. With such maturity in mind for the concerned research area, the paper’s contribution to the advancement of concerned research field is deemed very low. 各位虫友看看，这个现在该怎么办啊，降低期刊等级再投他刊？
