reply by myself this line denotes the indeterminacy of the berry phase term. it relate to the lattice vector Ai corresponding to IGPAR=i, the spin multiplicity of the band, the volume of unit cell , the number of k point perpendicular IGPAR=i and some aspects of the symmetry of the system.
