In general, both sexes should be included in an animal experiment. Moreover, some clarifications are needed. It would be better to note the % fat in the diet rather than calling it "high fat". The introduction should briefly explain why the choice of soybean sterols and why these amounts were chosen. Why were only males used in the study?
