对于搞电化学传感器研究的同学，利用电化学阻抗谱进行免标记检测是近年来的热点。然而对电化学阻抗谱的原理、线性模拟分析及其在机理方面的研究应用，很多同学感到困惑。这篇文献对电化学阻抗谱在免标记传感器应用中的机遇和挑战进行了较为详细的综述。希望对大家有所帮助。 Abstract Impedance biosensors are a class of electrical biosensors that show promise for point-of-care and other applications due to low cost, ease of miniaturization, and label-free operation. Unlabeled DNA and protein targets can be detected by monitoring changes in surface impedance when a target molecule binds to an immobilized probe. The affinity capture step leads to challenges shared by all label-free affinity biosensors; these challenges are discussed along with others unique to impedance readout. Various possible mechanisms for impedance change upon target binding are discussed. We critically summarize accomplishments of past label-free mpedance biosensors and identify areas for future research.
