[求助] wolters kluwer旗下杂志接收后选的bill me，没有收到 invoice？

投的一篇文章接收后，按要求交版面费时，收到了Order Accepted的邮件就没消息了，请问大家invoice是电子版的还是纸质寄过来的？费用怎么交过去？

这是当时杂志社给的选择版面费的途径和要求：

Article Processing Charge (APC) Payment

Authors who choose open access for their article must use our Wolters Kluwer’s payment site to make a payment for their article. First-time authors will have to create an account/log in. Please note: this account is separate from any other accounts you may have for the Journal.

There will be two options for payment:

·       Credit Card

·       Bill Me

Credit Card payments will be processed immediately and you will receive an email stating that Wolters Kluwer has accepted your order. For Bill Me, Wolters Kluwer will mail an invoice for the full amount of the APC within 5 business days to the address provided. Full payments must be received within 30 days of the invoice date or your article risks publication without an open access license.
