关于编辑拒稿但建议重投 已有10人参与

Reviewers' comments on your work have now been received. For your guidance, I append the reviewers' comments below. As you can see, the reviewers have raised serious criticism of your manuscript. One reviewer requested major revision but the other two reviewers rejected it. In view of the comments made, I regret to inform you that I must reject it and your manuscript cannot be further considered for publication in the Chemical Engineering Journal. P.S. However, the topic of the manuscript is of interest to CEJ and I will be happy to handle a new and significantly improved and restructured manuscript (as a new submission; new manuscript number) after ALL the comments are addressed. The new manuscript may be sent to a new set of reviewers depending on availability so you do not need to list how the comments are addressed (it will be a new submission) but you need to clearly indicate in the cover letter with CAPITAL letters this is a resubmission and all previous comments and concerns were fully addressed. Again, the fate of the new manuscript will be determined based on the review process. If you decide to resubmit (only if all the concerns and comments are addressed), please send me a direct note before you resubmit confirming all necessary changes are made. I do not want to process a new manuscript which does not address previous reviewers' concerns.
