The English in the manuscript needs considerable improvement. There were many errors in word form, use of articles ('a', 'an', 'the'), and use of correct number (singular vs plural). You can have a colleague who is a native English speaker review your manuscript. Alternatively, Springer offers professional copy editing services through the Nature Research Editing Service <https://www.authorservices.springernature.com/> and American Journal Experts <https://www.aje.com/>, but you would have to bear the charge for this service. The use of a language editing service is not a requirement for publication in this journal and does not imply or guarantee that the article will be selected for peer review or accepted.

The machine-generated information should be removed from your micrographs and legible scale bars added to the images. This can easily be done using freeware programs like ImageJ.
