编辑认为我的文章内容不适合他们期刊，可是，我的论文就是搞岩石力学的啊，我文章的参考文献 有好多就是他们期刊的，也是搞爆破岩石力学的，，这个拒绝的理由好牵强啊，NND Dear Mr Wei, Please be informed that following a preliminary screening of the technical content and the topic covered in your paper we reached the conclusion to decline it.
