IEEE TIE 一审回来了，Reject with Possibility for Resubmission。请问大家还有戏么？ AE给的评论是： Comments to the Author: The paper needs significant improvement in term of presentation style. Details are found in the reviewers’ comments. The paper cannot be accepted in this form. In my opinion, the subject is interesting and the paper could be interesting after proper modification and significant improvement. Therefore, I encourage you to resubmit a new and substantially improved version of your manuscript that addresses all reviewers' concerns. |
