苯环上取代基数目和位置的确定。用什么方法呢。下面是文献上写的。我不理解啊。请大家指教。谢谢。 wherein m is 0,1,or 2. n is 0,1,2,3or 4.and n+m>0. the r1and ,r2 group are attached at the 2,3,or 5 position relative to the carbonyl group; when n+m is 3,the groups are preferably at the 2,3,5,positions;when n+m is 2,the groups are preferably at the 3and 5position. most preferably m is 0 and n is 2 . most preferably there are two groups in total, substituted at the 3,and 5 positions. 最佳取代基的位置是怎么确定的呢。这方面的方法是什么呢。 真是困惑啊。这是不是药化中最基本的东东呢。可原来没接触过啊。 |
