摘 要 在巨大的市场需求和前几年有色金属价格不断攀高的诱惑下,我国掀起了新一轮的有色金属产能扩张浪潮。金融风暴的不断演进使十年商品牛市的神话破灭,有色金属熊市的氛围笼罩了整个市场。伦锌与沪锌已经从历史高点深幅下跌,其中伦锌从4580点下跌至目前的1100左右,下跌幅度深达75%;沪锌从29700点跌至目前的不足万点,目前主力Zn901合约最低探至8620点,跌幅也超过70%。 自次贷危机发生以来,经济金融暴露的问题不断增多,次贷危机早已演变为全球的金融危机,并已经影响到实体经济,对企业甚至国家造成了不可估算的损失,有些企业、国家都已经破产或处在破产的边缘,面对这样的经济环境,企业间竞争将更加激烈。因此中国锌行业将面对来自国际、国内的双重威胁。 HD有色公司如何塑造自己的核心竞争力己成为企业非常急迫的问题。 本文首先介绍了问题的提出、目的、意义、方法,基本思路,运用企业竞争战略、低成本战略、价值链管理等理论为依据,然后对HD有色公司的外部环境、内部状况和成本进行分析。重点研究了国际国内有色金属工业的形势和现状、HD有色公司的生产技术、产品、人力资源、成本构成情况。并分析了它的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,在以上分析研究的基础上,对HD公司的低成本战略作了规划,并介绍了低成本战略的目标、原则、客观依据继而确定了HD公司低成本战略的实现途径。分别是:建立适合低成本战略实施的企业文化,优化采购程序,降低采购成本,提高技术水平,降低锌冶炼的过程成本改善管理,降低管理成本,实现规模经济化,实行股权多元化,形成真正的监督机制。最后对全文进行概括总结,并说明了创新之处、局限性和进一步研究的问题。 本论文研究切实具体,对其他企业分析制定战略有一定的参考价值。 【关键词】锌行业产能扩张 价值链理论 低成本战略 竞争战略 |

The myth of the ten years' bull market of the non-ferrous metal merchandise was shattered by the evolution of the financial storm. the bear market atmosphere of non-ferrous metals was over the entire market. Both the lun zinc and shanghai zinc were deeply down from the record high rate , lun zinc fell from 4580 points to the current around 1100 with a decrease of 75% deep down; Shanghai zinc fell from 29,700 points to the current less than ten thousand points; the current main zinc901 fell contract to 8620 points with the decrease of more than 70%. Since the sub-loan crisis happened, the the exposed problem of the economic and financial have continuously grown, sub-loan crisis has already evolved into the global financial crisis and has affected the real economy, and even caused incalculable losses to the company or country business , some companies and countries have already bankruptcy or at the brink of bankruptcy, in the face of this economic environment, competition among enterprises will become more intense. Chinese zinc industry will therefore face the double threat from the international and domestic . How to shape the HD colored company's own core competitiveness has become a very urgent problem. This paper first introduces purpose, significance, methods, basic ideas of the problem, according to the strategic of enterprise competitiveness, low-cost strategy, value chain management theory, and then analysized the HD's external environment, internal conditions and cost. Focused on studying on international and domestic industry situation and the status of non-ferrous metals.
