植物通过根系吸收的无机氮被同化生成氨基酸后很容易通过初皮部向地上部运输，用于地上部器官的建成。水稻主要吸收nitrate and ammonium，利用nitrate transporters and ammonium transporters。其中nitrate需通过亚硝酸还原酶(NIR)和硝酸还原酶(NR)还原成ammonium后才能被同化。水稻ammonium同化主要依靠谷氨酰胺合成酶/谷氨酸合成酶途径（GS/GOGAT循环），占同化的95%以上，谷氨酸脱氧酶(GDH)起辅助作用。（氮高效利用基因型水稻） 发自小木虫Android客户端 |

| Inorganic nitrogen absorbed by the root system of vegetation is easier to be transported from first cortex to over ground parts after assimilated into amino acid which is used for over ground parts’ establishment .Rice mainly absorbs nitrate and ammonium with nitrate transporters and ammonium transporters. Nitrate can be assimilated after being reduced into ammonium by nitrite reductase (NIR) and nitrate reductase(NR). Ammonium assimilation of rice is mainly depend on glutamine synthetase//glutamate synthase approach（GS/GOGAT circulation）which occupy more than 95%. Glutamic acid(GDH) is auxiliary.（Nitrogen efficient utilization genotype rice） |
