efficiency limit, also known as the detailed balance limit,[44][45] is about 31% under an AM1.5G solar spectrum at 1000W/m2, for a Perovskite bandgap of 1.55 eV.[46] This is slightly smaller than the radiative limit of gallium arsenide of bandgap 1.42 eV which can reach a radiative efficiency of 33%. 维基百科(English)

31%只是针对1.55eV,据我所知,MASnI3带隙是1.3eV,根据S-Q limit的理论,是不是可以说钙钛矿的最高效率其实不是31%,应该更高?
