After editorial review, I have determined that I cannot accept your paper for publication in Applied Optics. A paper is acceptable for publication in Applied Optics only if there is convincing evidence that, in addition to being correct technically, it also adds a new and important result to the field. In addition, we suggest that you work with a native English-speaking colleague to revise the manuscript so that it will be more understandable to our reviewers. If you submit a suitably revised manuscript, it will be treated as a new submission and subjected to our normal review process.
