做了一个小分子生物碱的物理性质总结，包括核磁，质朴，单晶，溶解度等。 想投个国外期刊，不了解情况。请教大家，以下是摘要。 Abstract Theacrine (1, 3, 7, 9-tetra- methyluric acid ) was isolated from the leaves of Camellia Kucha and identified. It was determined by MS, NMR, element analysis, X-ray diffraction and melting point determination. Theacrine can be easily dissolved in water, methanol and their mixture, developed into acicular crystals and then slowly transferred to hexagonal crystals. The crystal structure of theacrine was obtained by the X-ray diffraction, it crystallized in monoclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.4606nm, b = 8.7520nm, c = 13.6725nm, α= 90°, β= 95.03°, γ= 90°, R1 = 0.0965, wR2 = 0.2478. The solubility limit of theacrine in different solvent was analyzed using HPLC and the result showed that 1g of theacrine could be dissolved in 30ml of water, 140ml of methanol, 216ml of ethanol, 123ml of acetone, 6.2ml of chloroform, 258ml of ethyl acetate and 292ml of diethyl ether.
