中国的石油工业是丙烯酰胺聚合物的最大用户,丙烯酰胺聚合物的科技进步促进了中国石油工业的发展,石油工业的需求又加速了丙烯酰胺聚合物的科技创新步伐和行业的发展。
本文以N,N—亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(AAM)和丙烯酰胺聚合得到甲叉聚丙烯酰胺(MPAM),经水解、羟甲基化、氨甲基化反应,改性合成了N—(二甲氨基甲基)甲叉聚丙烯酰胺(MAMPAM)。通过聚合物热稳定性试验测定表明MAMPAM的耐温性优于PAM。
高酸值、高含盐、高黏度原油降黏,不仅要选择一种降黏剂,而且要选择适合这类原油降黏后的稳定剂,只有这样才能真正有效的在原油开采和输送过程中减少流动阻力,达到原油降黏减阻的目的。实验过程中使用的原油酸值高达10 mg KOH/g以上,而一般原油的酸值通常在1 mg KOH/g以下,且酸值越高的原油,乳化降黏后越易在剪切流动时反相增稠。因此该种原油不论使用何种降黏剂,在剪切条件下都剪切变稠。用MAMPAM与AMPS复配得到MAMPAM-AMPS,再与其他乳化降黏剂复配用在极易反相增稠的酸性原油上,能有效的防止不同含水量原油在高剪切力条件下反相。当原油中水的矿化度高达150000mg/L时,MAMPAM-AMPS复配后可以防止乳化原油剪切增稠。
当原油中水的矿化度高达200000mg/L时发现MAMPAM-AMPS的稳黏效果不理想,通过合成AAM、AM和AMPS的共聚物,对其进行改性,进一步提高其耐盐性,防止原油乳化降黏后在剪切。
本论文经过大量的实验,发现使用甲叉聚丙烯酰胺改性后的衍生物作为原油降黏后一种黏度稳定剂,能有效的防止原油在高剪切力条件下反相,同时在原油静止状态下利于原油脱水。论文最后对其稳定原油黏度的机理进行了讨论。

In China,the petroleum industry consume the most of acrylamide polymer.the Scientific and technological progress of acrylamide polymer  promote development of China's petroleum industry, also the demand for the petroleum industry  accelerate The pace of scientific and technological innovation and The development of the filed of acrylamide polymer .

    In this paper,we synthesize MPAM by the  polymerization between AAM and Acrylamide,then through Hydrolysis,Hydroxymethylation and Ammonia methylation,we finally get the Modified MAMPAM. the thermal stability test show that the heat endurance  of MAMPAM is better than PAM.

    only when the proper Viscosity reduction agent with the Stabilizer,we can reduce the Viscosity of the oil who is High acid value, high-salt and high viscosity to Reduce the flow resistance  in the Crude oil extraction and Transmission process.in our experiment,the Acid Valueof  crude oil  reaches 10 mg KOH/g or more while the normal Numerical is less than 1 mg KOH/g.the higher the Acid Valueof, the more easily RP-thicken in the shear flow After the emulsion viscosity reduction .it means that whatever we use as the Viscosity reduction agent,it always RP-thicken.Compound MAMPA with AMPS,the MAMPAM-AMPS used with other Viscosity reduction agent can prevent the RP in crude oil with different water content  at high shear stress efficacious.the Compound can prevent the  thickening in the emulsification of crude oil shear when the water salinity  in the crude oil reaches 150000mg.

    the effection of the compound is not as good as we think   when the water salinity  in the crude oil reaches 200000mg/L. modified it by the  polymerization between AAM、Am and AMPS,the Performance of the new compound is better as we improve its salt tolerance.

    After many experiments,we found that MAMPAM performance well to prevent the RP at high shear stress,also is benifit the Dehydration of crude oil in the Static state.the paper discuss the mechnism of the MAMPAM in stabilizing of crude oil viscosity.
