如何处理这种情况？

如果想出国做博后。 先跟一个老外一起申请了一项研究基金，如果中了就可以过去，但是需要等待好几个月，基本要到博士毕业才能知道结果； 所以在此期间，就继续申请博后，也拿到了一个正式offer，而且需要博士一毕业就过去，因此把所有手续都办了； 我的疑问是:如果万一那个基金中了，而我手上又已经拿了offer，且都已经准备过去了，一是如果认为那个基金更好，该如何办？二是如果还是想过去已经办好手续的那边，这种情况该如何跟申基金的那边交代？因为不管任何情况，都会得罪一边而损害自己的信誉。假设遇到这种情况，各位如何处理？如何应对呢？请赐教，感谢！ 发自小木虫Android客户端 |

这种情况的确比较难处理，可能的解决方案是：先去第二个地方坐博后，如果后来知道第一个也申请下来了，就尽量的往后延开始的时间，看看能不能两全。如果不能，尽量要去第二个地方，而放弃第一个地方，如果沟通的的好，第一个地方应该也可以理解你的困境。 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |

应该在拿到第二个offer的时候就和第一个老板说明情况，相互都好理解。你现在都把第二个的手续弄差不多了才想起来要和第一个说，万一基金中了，那就太尴尬了。不过基金中了，老板可以招别人干活，感觉对他影响不会很大。不过，你还是尽早和第一个老板说明情况，不要拖 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
