Advanced Product Development Requirements： Ph.D. degree in Material science, ,materials chemistry, Solid-state physics or Electrochemistry Master the principle of lithium-ion battery, and material related theoretical knowledge Familiar with the material synthesis technology such as solid phase method, liquid phase method and gas phase method Familiar with the knowledge of electrochemistry, can use electrochemical method to characterize the material Responsibilities： To decide CE cell product roadmap & product platform planning according to marketing and customer’s requirement According to product roadmap, drive other functional teams such as material & process development team to organize the material and process roadmap, plan the future technology Following product platform development procedure, to organize cross-function team, realize platform development including: concept, planning, development, verification, trial run and publication. 【研发工程师】（材料平台开发方向） 任职要求： 化学化工类、材料类相关专业，硕士及以上，应届博士也可考虑 熟悉电池充放电，极化等影响力学的行为原理； 熟悉锂离子电池的工作原理及制作工艺和各种材料对电池性能的影响 会用交流阻抗、循环伏安等方法分析材料的电化学性能。 熟悉XRD、SEM等物化分析方法 岗位职责： 1、根据客户需求或平台开发需求，主导产品总体方案设计 2、统筹平台开发各阶段的计划，制作、验证、失效分析、方案优化， 3、按照平台开发各阶段的计划，统筹安排样品的测试，分析报告及 【研发工程师】（电芯开发方向） 任职要求： 熟悉电化学/锂离子电池正负极材料/电解液知识 具有锂离子电池相关研发和设计经验 了解材料研发或工程方法 岗位职责: 根据客户的规格要求，制作CE电芯样品 撰写电芯的测试案例、规格书等 改善提高电芯性能 沟通跟进解决客户问题，为客户提供满意的服务 【研发工程师】（前瞻性材料研究方向） 任职要求： 博士及以上，电化学，化学，材料相关背景即可 研究方向：固态电解质 & 锂空锂硫，纳米电池 & 负极硅合金方向 VIP投递： 简历推荐至：luon@atlbattery.com 联系电话：0593-2510384 （ND） 简历命名格式：姓名+专业+学历+毕业时间 （李三+材料化学工程+博士+20170910） [ 来自版块群 福建 ] |
