ICAST 2009
The 2009 ICAST Conference to be held in Hong
Kong, aims at promoting research, development
and use of adaptive structures and technologies
through the exchange of scientific results and
insight from worldwide leading scholars and
specialists. This conference will provide a place
for researchers and participants to discuss the
recent advances in the highly multidisciplinary
field of smart materials and structures.

issues of Journal of Intelligent Material Systems
and Structures as well as Smart Materials and
Structures, subject to review procedures of the
journals.
