请问前辈们Immediate Reject 是不是没戏了 还应该修改再投这个期刊吗？ 已有1人参与

The Editorial Committee of the KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems (TIIS) has reviewed your paper and unfortunately have concluded that your paper is not suitable for publication in TIIS, and a revision will not be reviewed. This reject decision is based on the evaluations concerning issues in innovativeness and theoretical analysis details/accuracy of the proposed scheme.
