WISA'2009被EI索引的概率多大呀？

Due to review of ISECS'2009 Committees, We are pleased to inform you that your paper was accepted as a Regular Paper in workshop of ISECS'2009(WISA'2009); your paper will be published in WISA'2009 proceedings. The Proceeding will be published by Academy Publisher, Finland, which will be indexed by ISTP, and will be sent to major indexing systems including EI Compendex, INSPEC. We take this opportunity to invite you to participate in WISA'2009 as the Speaker, and we are confident that all other participants will benefit from your research presentation. Please do take into account in the revision to further improve the quality of your paper. The paper should not exceed 5 pages without extra page fee. The paper could extend to 7 pages, and pay for the two extra pages fee. Please include camera-ready paper and Copyright Transfer Agreement in a ZIP format file, naming as the Paper ID No.; for example, Paper ID No.: W_A_001's camera-ready paper and Copyright Transfer Agreement in W_A_001.zip. Each paper must have a Regular Registration (Oral session registration or Poster session registration) before April. 15, 2009 and presented at the ISECS 2009. Registration Fees: Early Regular Paper registration fee: $350 or RMB 2100 before April. 15, 2009* Early Poster Paper registration Fee: $250 or RMB 1300 before April. 15, 2009* *Oral session registration includes one copy of the conference book proceeding, opening reception, coffee/tea breaks, conference lunches, the conference dinner banquet. The poster session registration fee includes one copy of the conference book proceeding, does not include the conference lunches and the conference dinner. Please make sure me can receive a paid registration from you before April. 15, 2009. Otherwise the paper will not be included in the ISECS'2009 Workshop proceedings.
