ACS 投稿查重率高，要悲剧！求大神相助！！！！！！！！！！！！！已有2人参与

本人最近投IECR,查重被拒了， In light of the overlapping portions of your manuscript, our Editors have concluded that there is significant duplication of the original publication. In more serious departures from scientific standards we may contact institutional officers and granting agencies. At this point, it is unclear whether the duplication in your submission reaches that level of concern. Our journal does, however, require an explanation from you and your co-authors, which will be reviewed by the Editors and by ACS Publications staff. Until we have heard from you, we cannot proceed further with the review of your manuscript. If no satisfactory answer is provided, we must reject the manuscript from consideration and will consider alerting your institution or department head.
