请问Chem. Lett.被拒后能重投吗？ 已有4人参与

这是副编辑写的：Your manuscript has been reviewed with the aid of two independent referees. Although the referees found this manuscript interesting, they recommended that it would be rejected for publication in Chemistry Letters in its present form. I have enclosed their comments, which merit your consideration. In the case that you intend to submit this manuscript with some further revisions in the future, it shall be treated as a new submission with a new Manuscript Number. Please make you understood the situation beforehand. Anyway thank you for considering Chemistry Letters for the publication of your research. I hope the evaluation result of this submitted manuscript will not discourage you from the submission of future manuscripts. 另外两个审稿人都是建议拒，但是都提出了具体可以解决的问题。补充几个实验以及润色语言。 其中一个审稿人要求补充一个表征，回答一个问题。最后说了一句。This reviewer thinks that this paper should be resubmitted after those issues are solved. 另一个审稿人只是提出了问题，及要求补充部分实验。 请问各位虫友，重投有希望吗？ |
