[求助] 关于3DOM负载方面的问题

请问一下
3DOM负载文献里说的这么几句话不是很明白,请大神指教一下;
La1−xMgxFeO3 materials were prepared with analytical grade La(NO3)3·6H2O, Mg(NO3)2, and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O. Stoichiometric quantities of La(NO3)3·6H2O, Mg(NO3)2, and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O were dissolved in 5 mL of ethylene glycol (EG) with slow stirring at room temperature until the nitrate salt dissolved completely (final total metal concentration: 1 M). Then, the EG solution poured into a 25 mL volumetric flask. Methanol (10 mL) and EG were added into achieve the desired concentration (final concentration of methanol being 40% of the volume). Then the PMMA colloidal crystals were poured into the solution and soaked in the solution for 3 h.
文献里说的1M是指什么?还有Methanol (10 mL) and EG were added into achieve the desired concentration (final concentration of methanol being 40% of the volume)这句话,既然甲醇的体积已知为什么还要说按照自己想要的浓度的进行配比,且甲醇的体积分数为40%?
