The background current signal in the absent of brucellosis antibody is very high (about 80 uA), but the changing current after increasing brucellosis antibody is very low, so Signal/Noise ratio is very low, How it can possible detect a very low concentration of brucellosis antibody from 10-15 to 10-10 g mL, with good reproducibility!?
