美陶版面费必须交吗？

最近刚中一篇美陶，之前已经提交版权转让协议了。今天回来proof，里面第一个问题就是关于版面费的问题，不是一般不用交吗？还是我理解错了意思。原文如下：Page Charges Please complete the page charge form and return it to Daryn Winter: dwinter@ceramics.org.
