Angew审稿两正一负，要申诉否？

四月二号投稿一篇Angew，隔了一天编辑回复说缩短20%篇幅，七号重投后under review，五月二号收到意见，两正一负，其中负面评价的审稿人只有几行字，说新意不够，关键是看起来他没有仔细读文章，提的意见是错的，我们准备申诉，各位虫友帮忙看一下出出主意。 REVIEWER REPORT EVALUATION: Reviewer's Responses to Questions 1.
